Vanguard

Designed to emulate luxurious hotel living, Vanguard Apartments stands at the leading edge of design, with captivating views of Melbourne city and an impressive list of amenities. Working with Fender Katsalidis Architects, Vast Electrical was the primary electrical contractor on the project.

The building provides over 300 tenants with modern living spaces that come pre-wired with NBN, Foxtel, and video intercoms in each apartment, along with access control throughout the building. The design incorporates lighting to convey a cohesive design aesthetic and visual style that embodies ‘luxury’, exemplified by the communal terrace space.
