The Fawkner

The Fawkner comprises 246 luxury residential offerings boasting uninterrupted views over either Fawkner Park or Port Phillip Bay, along with the addition of a theatre, gym, lap pool, sauna, steam room and temperature-controlled cellar. The $300-million project involved a conversion of a 19-level former office building along Melbourne’s famed St Kilda Road Boulevard. Vast Electrical was engaged to remove the previous electrical system and install new systems into the pre-existing building.
