IGLU Russell St

Partnering with Kane, IGLU Russell Street is a design and construct build of a 28 storey, 374 bed student accommodation facility including communal shared areas for socialising and studying in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Due for completion in 2023, this site relies heavily on detailed planning and execution due to its limitation of access and obstacles including a narrow footprint, other construction sites, tight laneways and pedestrians.
