About David Cosca
Having started the business in 1996, Managing Director David Cosca has been there from the very beginning of Vast Electrical's success. His undeniable passion, interest and energy has resulted in a brand that continues to grow and thrive in the electrical solutions industry. David has a firm focus on establishing strong client relationships. This mentality is what sets Vast Electrical apart; David and the rest of the team truly care about providing great solutions alongside a smarter, more personable service. As such, his ability to understand each client's needs and offer the best solution is unparalleled, resulting in partnerships with some of Australia's biggest brand names.
Working with Vast Electrical for more than 20 years, David has been involved with a significant number of large projects, including high-rise residential developments, retail centres and medical establishments. As such, he has showcased a great ability to adapt, with roles ranging from site manager to project director. In every scenario, David’s natural leadership capabilities have led the Vast team to successfully deliver many superior projects.
David's experience also extends across cost and quality control, estimating, design and management of contracts, highlighting his versatility and commercial confidence. About James Warburton
During his career, James Warburton has fine-tuned his extensive skill set to deliver efficiency, cost control and superb project performance with minimum fuss and maximum productivity. As Vast Electrical's Project Manager, the entire team have come to rely on James' outstanding archive of knowledge to ensure the strategic, operational and financial aspects of projects are managed effectively from start to finish.
James' hands-on approach is borne out of his extensive training in all things development. James is qualified in various competencies and training standards within Australia, which allow him to work in a broad spectrum of roles. As such, he is able to supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and inspection of instrument and electrical installations, while also practising in civil, structural, mechanical and building engineering disciplines.
With 23 years' project experience, 19 years of construction management experience and 13 years working in supervisory and management roles in construction, James is one of the most capable and accomplished members of the Vast team. Despite his impressive and expansive career working with some of Australia's biggest names (Coles, Pascal Property), James' ambition for success has never dwindled. He continues to manage projects with a wide range of capital values (up to $250 million AUD), demonstrate sound knowledge and effortlessly adapt when faced with an unrelated task that challenges his expertise.

About Gareth Twyman
With more than 30 years industry experience spanning his resume, Gareth Twyman has amassed an incredible wealth of knowledge that has proved valuable whilst working as Senior Project Manager here at Vast Electrical.
Gareth thrives on seeing the results of his hard labour come to life - something he is able to do thanks to his fantastic ability to deliver complex construction processes that best meet the developer’s needs. Along with an enviable amount of technical knowledge, Gareth possesses excellent interpersonal skills that have helped him develop and nurture positive rapport with engineers, architects, vendors and a host of other industry workers. Doing so has contributed to the successful completion of projects, along with an excellent ability to coordinate trades, develop partnerships and effectively manage resources and people.
'Better service, smarter solutions' is a motto the team here at Vast Electrical work by, and one we feel perfectly encapsulates Gareth Twyman.
With such an extensive amount of work experience under his belt, Gareth has been lucky enough to immerse himself in a broad range of tasks and roles. These have included the management of distribution centres and high bay logistics facilities, along with overseeing warehousing and retail development projects. Gareth’s work has also seen him tackle, and succeed in, the role of technical advisor as well as financial-based positions that have involved extensive purchasing of major items as well as the overall financial tracking of projects.

About Ryan Campbell
Ryan has been a valued member of Vast Electrical since 2008, joining our organisation in the 4th year of his apprenticeship. Even in these early stages of his electrical career, it was obvious that Ryan embodied the business values, ethical work practices and leadership mindset that Vast Electrical prides itself on. Ryan’s project management capability has further developed in line with the expansion of our organisation. He is now looked to as one of our experienced and respected Project Managers.
Ryan comes with a proven track record across a broad range of technical projects. Ryan shows well developed attention to detail, a highly organised and pragmatic approach to tasks, as well as a natural inclination to deliver outcomes. More specifically, in his role as a Project Manager, Ryan displays the management skills required to ensure projects of varying sizes and complexity are completed to the high standards our clients deserve. As an approachable and respected team leader, his communication style and delegation skills ensure efficient work practices, effective utilisation of trades, as well as cohesive work environment for all involved.
