The Fawkner

Rather than destroying the pre-existing office buildings, the decision was made to convert the old work space into a series of luxurious residential apartments. The conversion of the building included the addition of a theatre, gym, lap pool, sauna, steam room, and a temperature-controlled cellar. With the apartments spread over 19 levels, Vast Electrical were quick to rise to the task of removing the existing electrical systems before installing their modern replacements.

Unique To This Project:

 

The project necessitated working closely with demolition crews to ensure that their work could be carried out safely as Vast Electrical stripped the building’s pre-existing electrical hardware. Once the old infrastructure had been removed, installing new electrical systems into a pre-existing building required managing multiple sub-contractors to ensure that any challenges brought on by refitting the offices would be overcome in a quick and efficient manner.
